Are there transaction limits for paying rent?
Transaction limits depend on your bank's UPI limits or net banking limits. Credit card limits depend entirely on your available credit limit. KirayaPay handles payments up to ₹2,00,000 per transaction seamlessly.
How long does it take for a landlord to receive the rent?
UPI and Netbanking transfers are routed instantly. Credit card transactions are typically settled and disbursed within 2 to 24 hours of payment completion, and receipt confirmation is sent instantly via SMS/email.
Is my personal data and rent agreement safe?
Yes. KirayaPay utilizes AES-256 bank-grade encryption to protect all financial information, document uploads, and identity records. We strictly never sell your personal information to third-party advertisers.

What happens if my payment fails?
In the rare event of a transaction failure, your funds are completely safe. Failed transactions are automatically reversed back to your original source of payment within 3-5 business days.
