2. Loan Amount & Disbursal

Any loan amount displayed on KirayaPay/Gromo is indicative and subject to the final decision of the applicable lending partner. The actual amount, if approved, may vary. Disbursal is subject to successful completion of verification and other applicable conditions.

3. Same-Day Disbursal

Any reference to "same-day" or "quick disbursal" is indicative and is not a guarantee. Processing and disbursal timelines may vary depending on verification, documentation, lender processing, banking systems and other factors.

4. Partner Services

KirayaPay/Gromo may facilitate access to products or services offered by third-party lending/financial partners. The final loan agreement is between the borrower and the applicable lending partner, where applicable.

5. Offers & Rewards

Rewards, cashback, offers or benefits shown on the platform are subject to applicable eligibility criteria, availability and the specific terms of the relevant offer or partner. Offers may be modified, suspended or withdrawn in accordance with applicable terms.

6. Marketing Claims

Any figures such as "10K+ users", savings, benefits, approval rates or other promotional statistics are provided for informational/marketing purposes and should be read together with the applicable eligibility and offer conditions. Such claims should only be published where supported by current business records.

7. Third-Party Partners

KirayaPay/Gromo may work with third-party service providers, lenders, NBFCs or other partners. Their respective terms, privacy policies and eligibility requirements may also apply.

8. Information Provided by User

You confirm that the information submitted by you is accurate, complete and up to date. Any incorrect or misleading information may affect eligibility or processing.

9. Changes to Services

Product features, offers, partner availability, eligibility criteria and promotional benefits may change from time to time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy & Consent

By proceeding, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and consent notices. For digital lending arrangements, applicable RBI requirements include appropriate disclosures, consent-based data collection and privacy safeguards.
